 In 2017 anatomē founder Brendan Murdock and his team of aromacologists began to research the best botanical extracts for optimised performance and balanced emotional wellbeing.

‘Lavender’ is an herb familiar to us all, but it would be misleading to simply say that ‘organic lavender’ supports sleep.  Aromacology – the  scientific study of each botanical  – has shown us that the growing conditions and environment from which the lavender has been grown, the climate,  topography and altitude, will determine how it will performs.  Lavender from the Himalayas has very different properties and benefits to Cornish, Provençal or Bavarian lavender.  Just like the grapes that make up a fine wine, the anatomē oil extracts are carefully selected from an optimum, nourishing environment.
