On the skin:

Add 1 full pipette into a diffuser.

Our signature sleep oil blend balances three types of lavender — Cornish, Himalayan, and Provençal — to deliver your deepest relaxation. This formulation of 15 essential oils promotes truly restorative sleep due to its high levels of botanical compounds linalyl acetate and linalool, which reduce the body’s cortisol levels.
The complexity and potency of this blend allow you to build an intentional scent association with rest. With regular use, this scent association more effectively encourages the mind towards sleep over time. Lavender is considered one of the medicinal plants to manage stress, which is why we incorporate three Lavender plants in this oil blend.
This blend is formulated to train your brain and body that it is time to sleep. It is applied to each sensory | pulse point before bedtime. We recommend continual usage each evening and allowing seven days to experience an improvement in your quality of sleep. Use up to 20 minutes just before bedtime for best results.
Note that this blend of pure oils is diluted in a coconut carrier oil, which provides a warm, soothing effect on the skin and is safe for use on children over 12 months of age.
