A blood or DNA test helps to determine underlying health concerns and will guide our team for a better approach. We work with two accredited labs that provide the analysis, and the data is securely uploaded to a market leading biometrics dashboard.
This type of screening is necessary to identify and manage any health issues and prevent further complications down the line.
How it works
A finger prick and five blood drops or a saliva swab is all that is needed to understand your unique biomarkers and help you reach your wellness and fitness goals.

What biomarkers are included?
Your cardiovascular system consists of your heart and the network of arteries, veins and capillaries which are responsible for transporting oxygen, hormones and nutrients throughout the body. Unfortunately, coronary heart disease is the leading cause of death in the UK. Factors which increase the risk of heart disease include high cholesterol, smoking, being overweight and lack of exercise. We look at the levels of triglycerides, LDL (bad cholesterol) , HDL (good cholesterol) and overall cholesterol.
The liver performs hundreds of complex functions that support the immune system and our ability to fight off infection. It helps to control cholesterol levels, blood to clot, aids digestion and produces crucial proteins. A good diet is essential in maintaining a healthy and efficient liver. Poor liver health can lead to disease, weight gain and a lack of energy. We track enzymes such as ALP, ALT, Gamma GT, bilirubin and body proteins including globulin and albumin.
Metabolic Parameters + Body Inflammation
Your metabolism refers to the chemical processes within the body that convert food into energy. Good nutrition is essential for a healthy metabolism. Problems with your metabolism can lead to fluctuations in weight, fatigue and hyperactivity. We screen for
TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone), blood sugar control HbA1c and inflammatory markers, cortisol and hs-CPR.
Vitamins + Minerals
Healthy levels of vitamins and minerals are essential for your body to function properly. Fat soluble vitamins can be stored in your body whilst water soluble vitamins cannot. You can usually get all the vitamins and minerals you need by eating a varied and balanced diet. We measure levels of vitamin D, iron, B12, folate and calcium.
