Winder Ton is based primarily at our Shoreditch Store and a nutritionist/dietitian, scientific researcher and lecturer in Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics. His expertise comprises Weigh Management, Body Composition and Metabolism; Sports Nutrition; Glycemic Control; Oxidative Stress and Inflammation. Winder Ton obtained his first-class Bachelor degree (BSc) in Nutrition and Dietetics with emphasis in Weigh Management and Metabolism. He obtained his first-class Master's degree (MSc) in Human Nutrition with emphasis in sports nutrition, performance, oxidative stress and inflammation. As academic, he also works as guest reviewer for few high-impact factor scientific journals and has been awarded for his work in Clinical Nutrition by international institutions. He is member of Nutrition Society and The Royal Society of Medicine. Winder's qualified and science-based approach to nutrition and total dedication to his clients’ needs has seen him working with elite athletes, young artists, influencers as well-known companies and start-ups.
Kelly Avery Msc
Kelly studied for a Masters in Nutritional Therapy at the University of Worcester and is a registered Nutritional Therapist, she is based primarily at our Piccadilly Store.
Her passion for nutrition is borne out of a love of food and cooking. She firmly believes that nutritious food can taste great whilst also having the power to transform the body and soul.
She has supported clients on a one-to-one basis, providing simple yet impactful evidence-based dietary and lifestyle recommendations to help them alleviate symptoms of chronic disease, manage their weight or achieve optimum health and well-being. Kelly believes feeling tired, stressed, run down, sluggish or bloated should not be accepted as a normal part of life and that proper nutrition can help address these issues (and many more).
Kelly likes to take the time to understand her clients’ needs and goals and make practical recommendations that will really make a difference
