Winder Ton RD MSc
Winder Ton is a nutritionist/dietitian, scientific researcher and lecturer in Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics. His expertise covers Weigh Management, Body Composition and Metabolism; Sports Nutrition; Glycemic Control; Oxidative Stress and Inflammation. He has a first-class Bachelor degree (BSc) in Nutrition and Dietetics and a first-class Master's degree (MSc) in Human Nutrition with an emphasis on sports nutrition, performance, oxidative stress and inflammation.
As an academic, he works as guest reviewer for scientific journals and has receive international awards for his work in Clinical Nutrition. He is a member of The Nutrition Society and The Royal Society of Medicine. Winder's science-based approach to nutrition and total dedication to his clients’ needs has seen him working with elite athletes, young artists and influencers as well as local start-ups and major brands.
Kelly Avery Msc
Kelly holds a Master's degree (MSc) in Nutritional Therapy from the University of Worcester and is a registered Nutritional Therapist. She is based primarily at our Piccadilly Store. Her passion for nutrition is borne out of a love of food and cooking. She firmly believes that nutritious food can taste great whilst also having the power to transform the body and soul. She works with clients on a one-to-one basis, providing simple yet impactful evidence-based dietary and lifestyle recommendations to help them alleviate symptoms of chronic disease, manage their weight or achieve optimum health and well-being. Kelly uses nutritional science to help clients who are feeling tired, stressed, run down, sluggish or bloated to alleviate their symptoms and transform their conditions. Kelly likes to take the time to understand her clients’ needs and goals to make practical recommendations that will really make a difference
