Why It Works
A fine selection of unpasteurised British honeys. Pure and natural, the selections goes from London's rooftop to the British Moors.
Also known as starflower, Borage's vibrant blue bloom is the traditional Pimms garnish and is grown for oil with medicinal properties. The honey itself is unusually clear, delicate tasting and really rather incredible. We adore it in herbal teas.
Our honey is always unpasteurised and minimally filtered so retaining its natural properties. Honey's health benefits have long been recognised by communities all over the world.
Location: Essex, UK
This honey undergoes very little processing, in its most raw and natural state. We have 400 of our own hives scattered across the country. Honey from these is brought to our warehouse in Bermondsey where it is extracted frame by frame using a centrifugal machine, then simply filtered to remove wax and other particulates from the hive before being jarred. So yes! This honey is raw. The crystallisation that you may notice, especially in jars that have been stored in cooler temperatures, is a sign of quality in this respect, as honeys that have been tampered with or heat treated can stay runny artificially.
