Directions of use
Recovery + Sleep Lavender Essential Oil:
Note: All our essential oil blends have been created for topical use on sensory points. The diagram indicates the sensory points most relevant to this oil, and are recommended to achieve the maximum therapeutic benefits. These oils can also be used to scent your personal space by adding it to a diffuser or warm bath.
Relax + Sleep Bath Salts:
Pour a handful of Relax + Sleep Himalayan Bath Salts, along with a few drops of your favourite anatomē oil, into a warm bath and enjoy a restful soak for ten to 15 minutes.
Rest, Relax + Sleep Loose Tea Blend:
Add one teaspoon of our loose blend tea per 200ml boiling water and leave to brew for three to five minutes before enjoying.
Pillow spray:
Spray three times onto your pillow or pyjamas and wait 30 seconds until the scent settles.
CAUTIONS
Contains denatured alcohol and essential oils. Do not ingest or take internally. Do not spray near the face, eyes, children and pets. Should the spray come into contact with the eyes, rinse the area with water for several minutes. Keep away from hot surfaces, flames, candles and other heat sources.
Face Cleanser:
1. CLEANSE & EXFOLIATE:
- Apply a small amount of the natural face cleanser to the fingertips and massage into damp skin. Pay particular attention to congested areas such as nose, chin and forehead. Leave it for a minute.
- Dampen an organic face cloth with warm water and sweep across the skin to gently remove the balm.
2. MASK:
- For an intensive nourishing skin treat, apply the natural face cleanser balm to cleansed skin and leave on for 20 minutes.
3. INTENSIVE MOISTURISER:
- Apply to any dry patches such as lips or apply onto cheekbones to give skin a beautiful healthy glow.
Illuminating Avocado Face Oil:
After cleansing and toning
1. Apply 2-4 drops to the palm of your hand
2. Warm the oil and gently apply to skin in circular motions, taking care around the eyes and mouth.
Note: Wear this oil to bed for fast-acting results. Suitable as a make up base.
