Let us guide you through a 7-day, 7-colour approach to achieving a balanced gut.


P — Prioritise Purple (Monday)

Rich in anthocyanins — found in blueberries, beetroot, and red cabbage — these pigments support brain health, circulation, and memory.
Start your week with a sharp mind and calm focus.

A — Add Amber + Orange (Tuesday)
