    If you take a long time to fall asleep or feel that your sleep is fragmented due to stress and an overactive mind, apply this scent on sensory points to bring calmness and relaxation before bedtime. 

    • TOPICAL APPLICATION: Apply 2 drops on suggested sensory points.

      DIFFUSER: 1 full pipette into diffuser. 

      BATH: 3-5 full pipettes into warm bath.
