UK Delivery
We ship UK mainland orders with DPD.

Northern Ireland
Due to carrier and regulatory requirements, our standard UK shipping rates and free delivery threshold do not apply to Northern Ireland. Shipping charges for Northern Ireland will be calculated at checkout where available.
International Delivery
We are pleased to ship anatome products internationally wherever regulations and carrier networks allow.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination country, parcel weight, product type and available carrier services.
Important Information About Fragrance Products
Many of our products, including perfumes, room sprays and pillow sprays, contain perfumer's alcohol and are classified as Dangerous Goods (Hazmat) under international transport regulations.
As a result, shipping costs for orders containing these products may be significantly higher than for non-hazardous products due to specialist handling requirements, carrier restrictions and international transport regulations.
As a general indication:

Non-hazardous international orders to Europe and North America typically start from approximately £18–£30

Orders containing Dangerous Goods typically range from approximately £45–£90+, depending on destination, order value and carrier requirements

Remote locations and certain international destinations may incur additional carrier surcharges
Actual shipping costs will always be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Certain alcohol-based products may be unavailable for shipment to specific destinations due to local regulations or international transport restrictions.
Duties, Taxes & Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, customs clearance charges or other import-related costs imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
Where reasonably practicable, we may seek to notify customers if additional charges are likely to apply. However, anatome cannot guarantee the amount charged by customs authorities, couriers or local agencies and accepts no liability for any duties, taxes or import-related fees imposed after dispatch.
Failure to pay customs charges may result in delays, returned shipments or destruction of goods by local authorities. Any costs incurred by anatome as a result of refused, abandoned or returned shipments may be deducted from any applicable refund.
Delivery Restrictions
Due to Dangerous Goods regulations, customs requirements and carrier limitations, we are unable to ship all products to all destinations.
If our website does not allow you to complete your purchase, this may indicate that we are currently unable to ship the selected products to your destination due to carrier, regulatory or Dangerous Goods restrictions.
Our website operates through Shopify and shipping availability is determined by a combination of carrier networks, local regulations and product classifications.
We continue to work with logistics providers and retail partners worldwide to expand availability and hope to offer additional shipping options in more regions over time.
Delivery Times
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
International deliveries may be subject to delays caused by customs clearance procedures, carrier disruptions, weather events, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Processing
Orders are processed during normal business days, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided at checkout is complete and accurate.
anatome cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional shipping costs or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments
If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible. We will work with the relevant carrier to investigate and resolve the issue where possible.
Returns
We hope you are delighted with your anatome purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Your cancellation period begins on the day after your order is delivered.
Upon receipt, please inspect your order carefully and always before using the product.
If you have changed your mind, received an incorrect item, or believe there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer care team via the live chat function on our website or by emailing info@anatome.co.

The reason for the return
Our team will provide you with a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) together with the appropriate return address and instructions.
Please ensure that returned items are securely packaged and include your order number, name and address inside the parcel.
Proof of Postage
We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning any item. This is available free of charge from most postal service providers.
Without proof of postage, we may be unable to process a refund or replacement if the parcel is lost or delayed in transit.
Condition of Returned Items
Unless the item is faulty, incorrect or damaged, products must be returned unused, unopened and in their original packaging, with all seals intact where applicable.
For hygiene, safety and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are faulty.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow up to 14 days from receipt of the returned goods for your refund to be processed, although refunds are often completed sooner.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return relates to a faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied item.

anatome reserves the right to amend shipping services, delivery charges, free shipping thresholds, carrier partnerships, destination availability and return policies at any time without notice.
The shipping charges and policies displayed on our website at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
