Two Blends, Tow Sleep Concerns
Most sleep aids are built to do one thing for everyone, which is part of the reason they often don't work. The anatomē sleep oils take the opposite approach. Each blend is composed around a specific sleep challenge, with a hero botanical chosen for what it does and supported by up to 28 essential oils that work alongside it.

Each oil is blended in small batches at the London studio and made entirely from botanical extracts. Used consistently, the body learns to associate the scent with sleep, and the ritual itself becomes part of how you wind down

A Nightly Ritual That Works With the Body
The oils are applied to sensory points, the wrists, the back of the neck, the sternum, and the soles of the feet, two drops on each. These are the places where the skin is thinnest and the pulse closest to the surface, so the warmth of the body carries the scent gradually through the night. A few slow breaths after applying helps the formulation settle, and the ritual itself starts to signal sleep before the oil has fully done its work.
