This week, we’re excited to launch our spring and summer calendar of wellness workshops. Explore the world of anatomē and discover how essential oils and botanicals can support you on your wellness journey.
Energy + Focus (May 13th @ 6:00 PM, online)
This workshop will discuss nutrition hacks for the brain, how to sleep better to energise the body all day and how aromacology can support your energy and focus. The workshop will wrap up with an essential oil blending session where you can blend your own bespoke essential oil to sustain your energy and wellness.
Aromacology (June 29th @ 6:00 PM, online)
We will go in-depth about the science behind scent, sharing all the ins and outs of how essential oils can impact and promote your health and well-being. In learning how to incorporate essential oils into your daily wellness rituals, you will be able to blend your very own essential oil catered to your health needs.
Sleep + Stress (July 27th @ 6:00 PM, online)
We all know how stress can negatively impact your sleep hygiene. In this workshop, we will go over how to enhance your sleep to beat out anxiety. You’ll learn all about how and why we sleep, your circadian rhythm and how aromacology can benefit your rest. This workshop will include an opportunity to blend your own natural sleep aid with anatomē essential oils.
Bath Salts (July 30th @ 11:00 AM, in-store)
Our first in-house workshop in over a year will be housed in our Chiltern Street location, which features our bath salts blending bar. A member of our in-house team will help you learn all about how to ramp up your bathing ritual with our enriched bath salts. Bath salts are an excellent way to enhance your mental and physical well-being while you relax in the tub, supporting your skin, muscles and sleep. Blend your very own bespoke bath salts to take home with you!
Female Health + Balance (August 19th @ 6:00 PM, online)
Our final workshop of the season will focus on women’s health and hormone balance. Led by our women’s health expert Judi, we will delve into how nutrition, essential oils and botanicals can bring balance to your hormones and enrich your health. Judi will share nutrition tips and tricks for hormone stability, including the best foods to support your body and emotions. The evening will finish with an oil blending session, and you’ll walk away with your own bespoke essential oil blend and all the knowledge you need to get the most out of your new product.
