Molybdenum
Molybdenum is a trace mineral that the body requires in very small amounts. We need molybdenum to both manufacture and activate the enzymes that are responsible for many of the biological reactions inside the body, especially those that make and repair our DNA, or genetic material.
Trace elements such as molybdenum are just as crucial for our health and wellbeing as the trace elements, but are required in much smaller doses.
Nuts, oats, peas, cauliflower, broccoli and spinach are all rich natural food sources of molybdenum.
