Julep Mocktail: If you are avoiding alcohol but still want to enjoy a mint julep, add 2 ounces of black tea instead of bourbon or 2 ounces of ginger ale.

6 mint leaves + extra for garnish
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1/4 cup filtered water
1 tablespoon of Mindfulness + Expression Loose Tea Blend
2 oz. bourbon
Heat water to a boil and steep the tea for at least 5 minutes. Add coconut sugar while still warm and stir in. Pour into a small jar and refrigerate until chilled.
Add mint leaves to a pint glass or martini shaker. Muddle. Add mint tea and bourbon. Stir. Strain over crushed ice and garnish with additional fresh mint.
